Review an installation request

/api/apps/installations/{installation_id}/review

Only an Organization owner can approve or decline the displayed request. Returns Conflict if it changed. Declining an update preserves current access; declining a new installation removes it. The response describes the reviewed installation.

An Application installed in one Organization, where it acts as its own identity. requested is the latest request. approved is what an Organization owner approved, and it is the only grant that Spiral enforces. A request for more access takes effect only when an owner approves it.
