Recover a publication
Find the result of a publication when you do not know if it completed. Send the transaction identity of the publication. The search uses the project and the authenticated caller. When the response has no publication, the publication can still complete later. Thus, when you retry, use the same transaction identity and idempotency key. You must have permission to recover publications in the project.
