Read a resource blob
GET
Authorize the resource and resolve its storage on the server. A single HTTP byte Range is relative to the logical blob, including packed slices. Returns Accept-Ranges, Content-Length and an ETag for this slice. Supports If-Match, If-None-Match and ETag If-Range. Set crossOrigin=use-credentials on img and video elements before setting src. No credentials occur in the URL. Responses are private and never cached.
