Write a mirrored file

Write the mirror of one file of a version of another Table, as an Enrichment's values are written, so a scan of that version can read it at its own positions. The service writes the rows as they arrive, holding what it has not yet written in the request's memory budget. The mirror stays invisible until a version that includes its receipt is prepared on an aligned base, registered and committed.
